Fall Leadership Conference

The Area 3 Fall Leadership Conference on October 25 brought together HOSA members from across the region for a day of leadership, learning, and collaboration at Jack E. Singley Academy. Attendees enjoyed an inspiring keynote, interactive breakout workshops, and a meaningful fundraiser supporting NMDP. The energy throughout the conference was incredible as chapters connected, shared ideas, and showed off their Area 3 spirit. With dedicated volunteers and smooth coordination, the event offered valuable opportunities for growth and preparation for the competitive season, and we’re excited to return to Singley for an unforgettable Spring Leadership Conference.

RUNNING FOR OFFICE

Nominating Committe Process

Prepare a 1-minute intro speech and participate in an interview with the committee. This is your chance to show who you are inside and outside of HOSA and make a lasting impression.

Step 2:
Officer Applications Process

Submit your online application so the nominating committee can get to know you beyond your resume. Include a 2-minute video introducing yourself and highlighting your passions, skills, and HOSA involvement.

Step 4:
Business Session Speech

During the business session, nominated candidates present speeches to delegates from chapters across the area. Share your vision, enthusiasm, and leadership to inspire votes and support.

Elected officers will be announced at the Spring Leadership Conference closing ceremony, where you’ll take the stage as the 2026–27 TX HOSA Area 3  fficers. You will then attend HOLA at the State Leadership Conference to learn your official positions. Good luck!
