Fall Leadership Conference Recap

On October 4 , the Area 1 Fall Leadership Conference was held at Byron P. Steele High School, led by conference chair Ms. Gale Cabe. Members spent the day immersed in competition, collaborative workshops, and discussions that pushed them to reflect on their own paths. Throughout the conference, the theme “Believe to Become” shaped the tone of the entire event. Every activity invited members to believe in their potential, their skills, and the future they’re building, and to step closer toward the leaders they aim to become.

Believe to Become!

With our partnership with NMDP and give-and-glow kits, we raised over $300, demonstrating how powerful our chapter can be when we believe in a cause and commit to making a difference. As we move into competition season, we hope members carry that same energy forward: believing in their abilities, trusting their preparation, and becoming stronger, more confident versions of themselves with every step.
